Portugal is a spectacular fishing destination.  The slow moving waters of the rivers and lakes, amongst the rolling plains, in the Alentejo region offer a peaceful haven in which to enjoy a truly wild fishing experience.  The fishing is good all year round, with each season bringing unique challenges and adventures, with a great variety of fish to choose from.

Rods, reels and tackle are available to use - but you can bring your own if that is preferred - and fishing licenses are organised on your behalf.
